The UniVex-500 is a cabinet-type UV light source designed for use with UV curing resin. The light source used in the UniVex-500 mainly releases UV light in the UV-A wavelengths as well as visible light between 400 ~ 440nm. The wavelengths are selected for most effective hardening of UV resin without producing hazardous ozone.The cabinet-type light mask fitted to the UniVex-500 prevents the leakage of UV light and provides maximum user protection.
1.When the cabinet is opened in standby, there is no leakage of the UV light source so the object to be cured can be safely placed inside.
2.The large light coverage allows multiple objects to be placed at the same time.
3.During standby (an alarm light comes on), UV light output is halved to save power and reduce temperature.
The UniVex-800 is a conveyor-type UV light source designed for use with UV curing resin. The UniVex-800 can be equipped with one or two high-powered 400W UV light sources (365nm wavelength) according to the customer's requirements. The light source used in the UniVex-800 mainly releases UV light in the UV-A wavelengths as well as visible light between 400 ~ 440nm. The wavelengths are selected for most effective hardening of UV resin without producing hazardous ozone. Cooling fans are fitted to the UniVex-800 to keep temperatures within the light mask under 50℃ to prevent damage to any temperature sensitive electronic components.
Spot-Light Source UV Machine for Laboratory and Mass Production
The Univex-200 spotlight source UV machine can be used for all types of UV curing applications. Light focusing and fiber-optic light pipes transmit high-power UV spotlight. The Univex-200 is suitable for processes that require rapid UV resin curing such as optical adhesive alignment and temporary fixing with UV resin. Rapid curing UV resin combined with a high-powered UV spotlight source helps reduce the high costs associated with the extensive use of jigs.The Univex-200 spotlight source UV machine can be configured for one-to-many fiber-optic outputs for different applications.
UV Spy can measure both the maximum UV illumination and cumulative energy at the same time. It can also display the internal temperature as measured by the sensor. The instrument itself is very light at just 240 g. UV Spy conforms to the U.S. NIST calibration guidelines. The instrument can be set by the user to measure either UV-A (long wavelength UV) or UV-V (visible light). It is powered by two A4 batteries that are easily replaced.
